He leads FMR with confidence, strong instincts and an uncompromising approach to quality. He knows what he wants, knows what good looks like and isn’t particularly interested in settling for anything less.
Leanne oversees the financial side of FMR with a sharp eye, strong instincts and an attention to detail that doesn’t miss much. She brings warmth, personality and plenty of style to the leadership team, along with a quiet ability to keep everyone heading in the right direction. Leanne may work behind the numbers, but her influence is felt right across the business.
Wayne has been around FMR for just about forever, and at this point probably knows the business better than anyone. Across projects, crews, clients and the everyday curveballs that come with construction, Wayne is across it. Elita keeps a close eye on the numbers and makes sure the financial day-to-day at FMR keeps ticking along. Organised, detail-focused and always on top of what needs to happen next, she brings plenty of personality to the accounts desk. Efficient, approachable and rarely without a little bit of style, Elita proves numbers don’t have to be boring.
Known around FMR as “The Hurricane,” Maria brings energy and momentum to just about everything she touches. A natural problem-solver with a love of new ideas, she works across the business helping turn plans into action, improve the way things are done and keep FMR moving forward.
Michael is FMR’s resident people person, and there’s a good chance he’s never met someone he couldn’t strike up a conversation with. Always talking, connecting and building relationships, he brings plenty of energy to the business and genuinely enjoys getting to know the people behind the projects. For a Business Development Manager, we wouldn’t have him any other way.
Clint is the definition of go, go, go. Hands-on, energetic and rarely standing still, he keeps production moving and makes sure the team has what they need to get the job done. Whether he’s solving a problem, organising the next job or already thinking three steps ahead, Clint brings serious momentum to FMR every day.
Nathan is one of the newest members of the FMR team. Quietly confident and seriously sharp when it comes to estimating, he has quickly shown that he knows his stuff. Nathan brings a fresh perspective, a great eye for detail and lets the quality of his work do most of the talking.

Sitting at the heart of the office, she juggles phones, people, paperwork and the endless stream of things that somehow find their way to her desk. Approachable, helpful and generally across everything, Lisa helps keep the everyday wheels turning.
Ellyse brings a different perspective to FMR, working across special projects and helping connect the business with the broader NERA team. People-focused, adaptable and always happy to jump into something new, she brings fresh energy to the team and is particularly at home when a project falls a little outside the ordinary.
