Project Overview

FMR was engaged to deliver the fabrication, supply and erection of two Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) shed structures as part of a major green energy initiative. The scope included installation of Bondor roof and wall cladding to achieve an airtight finish, along with the supply and installation of fire-rated personnel doors, roller doors and a gantry crane to each facility. The project required precise structural and cladding execution to meet stringent operational and performance requirements.

This project forms part of a broader multi-site program spanning multiple mine locations across the Pilbara. Operating on a live, remote mine site with complex logistics, tight access protocols, and high-voltage infrastructure required elite coordination and safety-first execution.
