Jurien Bay — Cladding & Structural Upgrade

Project Overview

FMR completed a cladding and structural upgrade to a coastal building in Jurien Bay, where safety was the primary focus due to the steep roof pitch and extremely slippery, salt-affected roof sheeting.

To mitigate risk, FMR designed and installed a comprehensive temporary safety system, ensuring works were carried out with confidence and strict adherence to safety standards by its diligent team of tradesmen. The coastal environment demanded materials rated for long-term salt-spray resistance, with all replacement cladding and structural elements specified to withstand the harsh conditions.
